Nutty Cardamom Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats
  • ⅔ cups sliced almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix to fully combine.
  3. Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Keep an eye on it towards the end so it browns but doesn't burn!
