- ⅔ cup cooked quinoa
- ⅓ cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
- ⅓ cup berries (frozen or fresh)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- Combine everything in a bowl.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Stir and test the temperature, microwave for another 30-60 seconds if needed.
