Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
- ⅔ cup liquid (water, coconut water, milk, other)
- Combine all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth!
- Enjoy immediately.
