Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
  • ⅔ cup liquid (water, coconut water, milk, other)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth!
  3. Enjoy immediately.
