In a jar, mix together the honey and ground turmeric until completely homogenous. Store, covered, at room temperature.
To make the tea, scoop 1 spoonful into a mug and pour in hot (but not boiling) water. Stir, to disolve the honey, the add the juice of ½ a lemon and a few grinds of fresh black pepper.
