Banana Date Carob Smoothie

- 2 large bananas, frozen
- 5 whole medjool dates
- 2 Tbsp carob powder
- 3 Tbsp plain yogurt*
- Combine everything together in the blender, and blend until smooth. Add more dates if needed for sweetness.
