Goji Berry Passion Fruit Lassi

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup dried goji berries
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 passionfruit
  • 1⅓ cups plain yogurt
  • 1-3 Tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Soak the goji berries in water for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Drain (you can drink that water!), and combine with the remaining ingredients. The honey is personal preference, so add it at the end to taste.
  3. Blend until smooth!
