Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and spread the almonds in a single layer over the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
While the almonds are baking, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Remove the almonds from the oven and transfer (hot) into a large bowl. Pour the liquid mixture over the nuts, and stir for about three minutes, trying to get most of the liquid soaked into the nuts.
Spread the nuts again on the lined baking sheet, and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping, before eating.
