Purple Basil Caprese Salad

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 2 lbs grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp balsamic reduction
- Combine cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, and basil in a large bowl.
- Toss to combine, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
